Accessing the Zendesk support portal

You will need to sign in using your McLeod Microsoft account to submit tickets.  This will be your PC username followed by @mcleodcenter.com ([e-mail]), and your PC password.

You can find the option to sign in and submit a request in the upper right-hand corner of this help center.
